This website is operated by Rajshi ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.

Products and pricing

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT where applicable. Many of our items are handcrafted, so colours, sizes and finishes may vary slightly from the photos, which are for illustration. We may change prices or withdraw products at any time without notice, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep product details accurate and up to date. If we find an error, we may correct it and, where it affects your order, contact you before dispatch.

Returns and delivery

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text and the Rajshi name and logo, belongs to Rajshi or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
