Refund policy

All sales at Rajshi are final. As our products are festive, gifting and pooja items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This applies to all items, including rakhis, pooja items, décor, backdrops and sale items.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). We will arrange collection at our cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before your order is shipped. Once it is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
